GeekBeer Presents: Rockband meets Retro games and BBQ

Aug 21 2009 6:30 pm
Aug 21 2009 11:59 pm

I've only had requests over the past 5 days for Rockband and Retro night, since Rockband hasn't been done this term and retro night was so successful I figured we'd clash the 2 and see what happens.

I and Christopher Beaton will be bar tending, and this is the FINAL geekbeer of the SUMMER so try to make it!!

Geekbeers will resume in September after the new bar manager ( hopefully me ;]) is hired.

So we will feature 1 rockband set, and then a screen for retro games. I will provide some retro games but feel free to bring in whatever you want. As for rockband, I have yet to track a set down, so let me know if you/a friend is willing to help out. I have an xbox360/ps3/ps2/xbox so if you don't want to bring in your system, I can bring mine.

This event, pending on the weather, will also feature a BBQ like the last geekbeer. Items are 1 dollar each or 3 for 2.50! YUM!
