Here are the tentative details, and how many people are needed for this to happen. The details may be changed based on availability of volunteers.
Time
Tentatively Friday's at lunch. If this does not work for the majority of the people, please let us know when would be best.
Place
In the past we've usually held them on the boulevard in front of the Computer Science Building. If there is a better place, please let us know.
Food
We're planning to serve burgers, kosher beef frankfurters, and vegetarian burgers and hot dogs. Suggestions on this menu are welcome. If anyone would knows of a place in H.R.M. to purchase Halal products prepared in accordance with Islamic requirements, we can defiantly get some of those as well.
Needed!
2 people will be need each week to help with setup (roughly 45 minutes). 2-3 people will be needed to help with cooking, etc. (roughly 90 minutes), and 2-3 people to help clean up (roughly 30 minutes).
All volunteers will get free food
