New Council/First Meeting

The new Computer Science Society has been elected, and we plan to have our first meeting on Monday, May 2nd, 2011, at 4:30 PM. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to come!

If you'd like to join the society, but didn't get a position during our election, don't worry, there are still positions available. Just come to the meeting to try to get one, or click 'Council Positions' under the 'About' tab to read about the positions available.

Call for CS Society Desk Customer Service Representative!

Good afternoon,

The CS Society Desk is looking for new customer service representatives for next semester!

The following skills/experiences are considered to be assets:

- Cash box experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Organized.
- Customer service experience.

The CS Society Desk CSRs will be responsible for:

- Keeping inventory.
- Answering student/faculty inquiries.
- Selling merchandise.
- Completing extra tasks assigned by the manager.

- Managerial experience.

The CS Society Desk Manager will be responsible for:

- Attending weekly CS Society meetings.
- Interviewing, hiring & scheduling CS Society desk staff.
- Submitting weekly time sheets.
- Acquiring change for the til when necessary.
- General employee duties.
- Ordering inventory.
